Help - Defect on arrival (reason for refusal)

Rarely, but it does happen: Once in a while files arrive corrupted. In this case, we just see a symbol that indicates a corrupted file but we are unable to see the picture.

If you see the reason "defect on arrival", please check the picture and upload it again!
