Help - How do I find the files I downloaded on my computer?
Where images are saved depends on your browser settings. Usually, there is a default folder for saving downloaded files.
Define your download folder by following these steps:
Firefox
In Firefox, go to the menu bar and select "Options," then "General." Here, you'll find the option "Save files to." Usually, the "Downloads" folder is set as the default folder, but you may also specify a different destination folder.
Internet Explorer
When downloading in Explorer, you are usually asked where you want the file to be saved. Otherwise, files are automatically saved - documents and websites in the "Documents" folder, music files in the "Music" folder and photos in the "Photos" folder. However, downloaded files may also end up in the "Downloads" folder. This makes it difficult for our users to find their images. We therefore recommend Firefox for surfing and downloading. Download it here! (http://www.mozilla-europe.org/de/firefox/)
If you have problems finding your file, you always have the option of searching for the image number (e.g. ap4ad875e9e82c4_medium.jpg).
If you are unsure whether a download was successful or not, you may re-download an image you purchased for 7 days with the same license. All images you have downloaded are listed under "My Downloads" in your profile.
