There are objects they simply do not say much or have no significance. Such images are not needed very often; therefore, we won't add them to our archive. In other words, they don't have the special touch.

 

Some motives are offered (seasonally) in large quantities. We asked for your understanding that we select very carefully when it comes to insect or flower pictures. Only the best ones will pass; the same applies to pets and sunsets. Take this statement as stimulus to achieve a great shot despite difficult conditions!

 

Especially with macros and close-up’s of smaller objects, make sure they are clean unless dirt or stains are part of the intended effect. Some examples are: sunglasses with fingerprints, smeary keypads, fuzzy coins, or scratched glass.

 

Most certainly, our admin staff is making great efforts to judge fairly but we are also just human beings. Additionally, we have to follow some aboutpixel guidelines regarding our selection and some pictures simply don't fit into our collection.
